Richard is a multi-award winning Mime Artist, who has performed for the Royal family in the UK and in the Middle East. He worked with the RSC, The National Theatre, Royal College of Music, Royal College of Art and for both Oxford and Cambridge Universities, just to name a few. He worked with Andy Serkis for the movement vocabulary for Ultron, and Iron Man for the Marvel Film; 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'. He was the slow motion expert for Tim Burton's "Sweeney Todd', and was the personal mime tutor to Carey Mulligan for the film 'Suffragette'. Now he is currently exploring the visual aspects of movement in theatre with his theatre company; 'MIME THE GAP'. As a filmmaker, Richard is experimenting with the rhythm and movement in film editing, incorporating the internal movement of an actors thoughts and physical intensions.
